< < Lack of 2005 Stats

Forgive me for being slightly annoyed over the lack of 2005 web statistics and here we are on January 3rd already I was expecting to see the new year stats one stroke after midnight on the 1st Jan. But alas no~! I track my stats daily but now it is inaccurate. Technologically, it is a simple thing to do in the database replace the New Year frames.

I have read the message from Artwanted staff that this will be available later this week?

Andree,

For web statistics -look under portfolio stats in your members area.

I agree... its not like the year-end snuck up unannounced. I realize there are hard working, dedicated people at AW, but I would rather see things like the 2005 stats and new banner designs (promised a year ago as I recall), being finished before publishing a calendar or 'black book directory'. They would be great additions once the basics are covered.

Thank you Brian - you make a good point, The year-end does comes around regularly - it is not as though it was a Y2K thing. Every computer system should be and can be designed to automate a simple function, such as roll-over of year end stats.

This is not brain surgery.

We are still recording the stats, so no data has been lost. We have just not completed the stats reports for 2005 yet, but they should be live tomorrow.

Number of clicks could also be seen in Manage you portfolio section

The stats provided in Manage your Portfolio section of the Members Area are somewhat useful. But if you have a large number of images ( as I do) you will need a calulator and a good deal of patience.

No overall totals are given either.
