This little fella, a Welcome Swallow flew into our enclosed veranda this morning..and whilst everyone tried to get the poor thing out..I of course ran for my camera..we have a big potted fake bamboo bush on our veranda (I find this species take to dry weather quite well) which it tried to take refuge in...and although members of my house hold might have considered my quick paparazi approach a little heartless, I had to remind them that National Geographic photographers had to start somewhere!! LOL The bird finally found its way to freedom not feeling particularly "Welcomed"..and the house returned to it's morning regime.
