My Partner Guy had a brain injury a couple of years ago..he loves cooking, and we both LOVE Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes. I brought him a cool electric mixer and he made mixed fruit cupcakes..a bit like wedding ones..and royal icing..and I did my arty farty bit and added fondant daisies. I am getting a little bit hooked on making these fondant flowers..and now we have all both families coming over for high tea!! :))..Have a couple more that I have to ice..and create some sort of floral arangement for..thank goodness I have all those floral shots of mine for reference!!
