Tipsoe Lake is the most popular place for visitor's to stop and enjoy the views of the Mountain and the meadows on thier way across Chinook Pass. But hidden away on the opposite side of the highway is an un-named lake that is prettier to me. (1st photo). We have named her Secret Sister Lake. Both places are worth the stop to stretch your legs before continueing down the other side. (2nd photo, Tipsoe Lake)Oh yeah, this area is where you find a couple of trailheads, too!! I love this place!!!!
