The black works great here. I like copper, it must be nice to work on it.

Artist Reply: Thanks, again, Anneke! Copper is all I have and it is running low! I paint on both sides though, sort of a two for one! copper or stainless steel is different because there is zero absorption, and if you want the paint to "run" or mix, it will do so easily. This is a welding shop, so, sometimes I take the air compressor and blow the paint from one side to the other, just to see what happens! Like all experiments, sometimes it is good. Unlike cooking, I don't have to eat it! Jerry

has such a wet look, copper sounds an interesting ground to work on.

Artist Reply: Thanks, Ruth, see my report on copper to Anneke. I will be going to paper soon asI am running out of copper!

Pretty neat, Jer! I posted a picture of my studio corner, with your steel painting in it, today.

Artist Reply: My painting in a real art studio in Wisconson!!! I could not be prouder! There are only 16 of these steel-framed paintings in the world, by the way.
