Dried Tomatoes

This is what happens to 15 gallons of tomatoes when dried. About 35 pounds of tomatoes will become less than a pound of dried tomatoes. About 4 or 5 slices equals a whole tomato!

Hi dad! I've been experimenting with recipes! Tomatoes are great like this because when they're frozen you can smash them up into little pieces. I've been using them in stuffed peppers (with sauteed onion, mushroom, almonds, rice, cheese, and spices) and stuffed mushrooms (with spinach, onion, garlic, and goat cheese). The flavor really is intense!
