Jack Haley as the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz

Jack Haley (August 10, 1898 – June 6, 1979) was an American stage, radio, and film actor best known for his portrayal of the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz. He also portrayed farm worker Hickory, who appeared in the Kansas sequences, in the film.

Wonderful and whimsical portrait Greg. Did you know that Buddy Ebsen (Barnaby Jones) was originally cast in this role but had an allergic reaction to the metallic makeup.
