A picture of my character from the mmo City of Villains. his name is The Azure Phantasm, with powers of electrical manipulation, and teleportation. First image i've uploaded in forever, sorry for the bad quality, it was taken with my cell phone. Also, this picture isn't complete, i just don't feel i can do anything else with it, do to a lack of skill.
