A local artist asked me to donate a piece of art to their Van Gogh Fund Raiser. She wanted me to use the theme "as the crow flies." What else, but Vincent himself and some very large, very black crows. It's not exactly a pretty picture. My wife complained that "no one is going to want to buy it because it won't match their couch." We'll see.
