Figures in an Algarve street

Acrylics on acrylics paper, 10 x 14 inches. I've been told (well ordered actually) that any credit for this painting is due to my daughter Poppie, who took the photo I used as a reference . The street here is in the old town part of Lagos, on the Algarve in Portugal. A lovely resort where we spent a great week sunning our bones under azure skies!

This is beautiful...looks so much like the spanish landscape I´m trying to capture since I moved to Spain two years ago

Artist Reply: Thanks again Vivian.............what a wonderful thing to be able to live in Spain.......theres something about the sun on the whitewashed buildings and the amazing colours of the blooms in the Mediterranean countries isn't there.........
