Tradition goes during the last part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival that the Vulcan Krewe kidnaps the South wind Prince, then they return to the ice palace and battle for victory. The Queen of snows suggests for Boreaus and royalty to leave St. Paul to avoid anymore bloodshed... and so they do. Vulcans win the for the rest of this year 2' by 3' wood relief with flashing lights.
