this particular project was a real challenge in that i had no idea how to get the smooth, rubbery texture of the whales skin. i tried several different ideas and finally settled on this.looking back at this one now i realize that had i used fine steel wool over the belly's they would have had that smooth rubbery look i was going for. branching out again and experimenting with different tools. wish i'd done it years ago.the original is 11x14.
