Down through the years, I have used many member screen names. These screen names are always associated with my name, Susan Isabella Sheehan. My craft name is Siunnibrid, which translates to Susan, daughter of Brid, who is the Mother Goddess of the Ancient Irish Celts. Siunni 9 was used first by one of my daughters on an art site, and then by me on several other sites. The name has been bandied about on the Internet and posted on several art sites, including this one, by a fellow artist, someone who makes light of my Spirituality, who makes light of my love of Ireland, and who makes light of our family name, our children's names, and even our little grandchildren's names. He has even gone so far as to make fun of the name of Brid, thereby denigrating deity, which is a big no-no in the world of religion. This image is a blending of a photo of myself at Saint Brigid's Shrine, which is located in Faughart, Ireland, and a digital piece I created many years ago. It is said that Saint Brigid was/is the incarnation of the Goddess Brid. May the heavens help the one who has made fun.
