A Light in the Forest

©Seth F.Weaver,Sr.1989. Acrylic on cardstock. This work was a study from National Geographic, I always liked the cool soothing greens in this painting. I had this hanging in my office, when the stress of the job was high I could look at this work and it helped a lot. A man in California bought this work from me one day when he came to my office to fix some equipment there. Art is like one of your children when they are gone you missed them. Maybe I'll paint another one some day. Thanks for looking Seth.

Dad, I always liked this one. I've painted a few like this, too. I love trees!! Nice lighting and use of contrast.
