This is the cover to the 2nd webcomic I'm working on. A bounty is placed on NYC's protector and due to the numerous criminals flooding the Big Apple, it's become a type of competition, hence the title. I scanned a cover of the Question and using Photoshop, Illustrator and Windows Paint I edited the image to look like my hero. The Ace of Spades I found online, cleaned up the scratches due to an apparently bad scan job and textured it to give it wrinkly look. The font used for the title is either Betty Noir or Anastasia (I forget). I embossed it VERY slightly and gave it an outer glow. At which point I was careful to edit the measurements of the glow to it behaves as a tight outline of the letters.
