I can appreciate why you like drawing Native Americans. Their faces have so much character without the false veneer of so many people who feel compelled to cover up the natural process of aging. For a quicky sketch, you have done a beautiful job on "Walking Crow";great detail and great capture of emotion in her expressive eyes that don't hide the trut. I see her as an old soul with a somber pensive expression and as the adage goes, the eyes are the mirror of the soul. Native Americans have very soulful expressions that reveal their wisdom learned through the ages. This is a very intimate and beautifully composed portrait.
