Zebra

This is one of my latest works and as much as it looks straight forward I've somehow managed to blend a Grevy with a Burchell. Oh well. I'll just say it was artistic licencing. It was also a challenge in that I seem to have issues with creating any finished work larger than 5"x7"(12.7x17.8cm) and this one is 11"x14"(28x35.5cm)The background on this piece is white on the original and not grey as it appears on screen.Because of my confusion on which zebra I was actually doing this one took about 6 hours 'cause I kept second guessing my self.
