A little more of the winter theme . This is my first home made snow of a sort , I did just like they tell you to do when you make a star field, only I motion blurred it and I made it lighter in levels so that it showed up better. I know I had some difficulty with Rain, but this came out pretty good. Thanks for viewing and have a great weekend !! The hair is from a photo, I cut it out and reshaped it in Photoshop liquify filter.
