Prague Rooftops

This is a weathervane, taken as a photo from the tower of the cathedral in Prague. The wonderful rooftops extend into the distance. The Vlatava is barely visible as is the Music Academy.

what a powerful and beautiful and colourful work!! and the view is marvellous!! I should visit Prague once. (I always go to London, twice a year, because I'm in love with the many great museums)

An excellent, very interesting artwork David. Love the colors, composition and imagery a lot.

Hello David! I love Prague and have stayed there on various occasions. This view of that beautiful city reminds me of very pleasant times spent there. The last time I was there I went to the opera to see Bizet's Carmen. I love the colours and particularly like the rooster. (I was born in a Rooster year and no, I haven't got green eyes, they're brown!!)Good use of perspective. Makes me feel as though I'm up on the roof looking over the city. Brilliant work!
