The color and composition are great - but don't think I could eat the "pie" - maybe . . . . nope, couldn't do it.

Artist Reply: yep - in the pie is spinach mixed with coconut milk thickened with milletflour - and then fried onion and portobello, which is also on the side - just under the sallad
