northern nights

This painting was inspired from a photograph I saw one day while at the library. I guess they took a picture of the stars but lfet the shutter open for a long time (or something like that :)which made the stars "move around the sky" It reminded me of being a child laying on the picnic table in the back yard watching for falling stars.....so i went home and painted this!
