Unicorn design

Here we go again...nabbed the wrong file first time. The digital ink of this will hopefully be put on my very own chair within the next week. The color version was in response to the musing of a dear friend and if Photoshop hadn't gone a little glitchy on me it would have been somewhat different. That's always the case. Refined and colored in about two hours, completed September 27, 2005 Next I'll go back and fix the lines on the "ink" version for the final chair design. Squee.

Wonderful design, So wonderful!!!

Artist Reply: Thanks so much! And I still haven't received my chair. I even did the painting before I left Faire last autumn. (Different color scheme from the digital though.) Honestly I'm hoping something went terribly wrong so I can redo the whole thing. XD

it does not really match sorry to be straight i think the colros of the ink side lack depth as the purple has reflect mix of colors

Artist Reply: Well first, don't be sorry. :) I'm the first person to acknowledge I need C&C. However, I'm not sure I understand this comment but if I do, the ink side isn't supposed to "match." It's the guideline for the carving that will be done into the chair back. Once I see that I'll decide if it then needs to be painted but the staining idea I have for this design should make applying color pointless (if the appropriate weight is added to the carve guides.) Anyway, if I've missed what you meant could you explain it? And regardless, thanks for commenting. :)
