Conceit

This painting is 3rd in a series of abstracts that I am painting depicting attitudes, take your time and see if you understand how this painting represents conceit. Enjoy! Contact artist directly for purchase options. Original $6,000 Painted on a 36"x36" canvas in little over 40 hours. She-a person that thinks only of oneself ends up alone and feels complete, until one day when they are left there standing without the people that told them they were great. They end up alone because they alienate all who love them with their words of glory about themselves... They spend their lives talking only about what they have achieved and can't even hear others speak unless it glorifies them in some way. She is surrounded by the planets and centered within them because this represents the common title that people give to people like this, or the statement "She/he thinks he is the Center of the Universe" or "She/he thinks the world revolves around her/him." As with each of the Attitude abstracts the Spheres that float throughout the painting symbolize life.. and the flowing colors the magnetic field and fluid within the air that we breathe.. This unites each painting and us to the painting... I hope you enjoy... I did not plan to paint Shanon Doherty, I painted her from my mind and was told by people that it looked like her...

i like this style, you are good. I like the expresion of the face, and the shapes combined with lines and colours. Also it's filosophic like all your paintings
