Outlived Tree on ground

The famous Pepal Tree as old as 300 years, fallen on ground during severe storm recently, The tree located near our home,The image clicked just for record before wooden logs pieces are taken out from the spot. Key point for the tree that it was used to worship on specific festivals by Hindus.

I find the looks of the trees that you photograph so well very interesting Basant. These old trees remind me of ancient sea creatures on land invading a town. :)
