Damsel Day (My first Painting)

(I was self taught, by a terrible teacher and I am a shocking student!) 2008 my very first painting on canvas ‘Damsel Day’ A Damsel fly. I used whatever I had in my garden shed: Permanent markers, Acrylic house paint and Builder’s adhesive to make it ‘stand out’ which it did, but the result was not an ‘outstanding’ artwork. I began painting in earnest October 2009 when I retired from horticulture. I have since been blessed with an ability to produce artworks that some people like, resulting in the sale of many paintings around the world. "God's creation, my inspiration. He put the Art in my HeArt' https://bluethumb.com.au/rexwoodmore
