What would it take to change our world? I'm sure we ask ourselves this internally a lot. Well, at least I do. And all my research leads me to one answer. It is not changed through nationalism, religion, diet, mode of transport, preferred football team, political party, etc. The seed of change for our world lies in each of us. It involves something as simple as a slight shift in viewpoint; the ability (or willingness) to see things differently. We can take baby-steps at first. If we realize all those things mentioned above do nothing but superficially divide us, that could be the first one, don't you think? Speaking a different language or being a different color are inconsequential when defining what it is to be a human being. So look deeply within yourself and you'll see a place that can be scary at first but which is truly the seminal building block of change on this planet. This painting is titled, "Evolved Viewpoint." It is a 12 by 16 inch acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas. It comes to you from Austin, Texas, but it could just as easily originate at any point on the map of our world. Original Jones Art? I think, "Yes."
