This original oil on canvas was created using many layers of broken color. Application from palette knife, dry brush, wet on wet and glazes over a textured canvas. I'll never forget the first time that I saw a live ballerina perform for the first time. It captivated me and I thought it was the most beautiful thing I had seen a human achieve. That performance stole my heart and I gained much respect for those dancers. Here is my tribute to all of those graceful and expressive performers who paint the stages with their breathtaking beauty.
