In summer-weekends, this pleasure steamer made trips between the center of Brussels and Willebroek, at the end of the channel, in the mean time making several stops. I saw the steamer as a kid, at the end of his career, in the fifties. The watercolor shows the crowdy boat leaving the landing-stage in our village on a sunny day, in the first part of the 20th century.
