Candy Still Life

This was one of the more fun projects we worked on, and it was hard to not eat the subject matter. I don't like green Skittles, so I didn't mind sacrificing them for the still life. The class paintings were inspired by Wayne Thiebaud, known for his paintings of candy and cakes. Acrylic on prepared canvas (24"x30"). October 2004.
