11 x 14, Oil on Canvas 2015 I began painting again after being away since 2008 for health reasons. I have had some "wild hair" to do some impressionistic (Monet) style of work. I have been painting the old master style for years and felt the need to change things up for some reason. I believe this will help my painting by allowing me to loosen up my brushstrokes and offer a more painterly feel to my work.
