Hobgoblin Cleric of Olidammara

This Character Commission is of a Hobgoblin Cleric of Olidammara, He was described as carrying "by magic" a stolen barrel of elven absinthe...and the parties supplies which includes a stolen shield with a smiley face painted on it in blood. He wears a glowing rapier and a possessed sword that glares at him. He has cards of magic powers (good and bad) that he can draw upon.
