It's night as you exit a cheap walk up apartment that you share with 5 crazy room mates in midtown Manhattan. You bought a brand new AMC Pacer last week and now realize that you wasted your money on it, because it’s already broken down on you, and forced you to walk. But you aren’t going to let that bring you down. Because you’re young and feel at the top of the world. It’s a warm friday night in ’75, and there’s a lot of things happening in the big apple tonight and you’re unsure of what to do, and what memories tonight will bring. You had tickets to see the Beatles first comeback tour since their disbandment 5 years earlier, but then you remembered that you were robbed earlier today, and your tickets were taken by a shady guy who probably sold them for double their value by now. Irked by the reality of the situation, you decide to hail a cab to go to the theater and see Steven Spielberg’s brand new movie ‘Jaws’ instead. Even though the shark looked faker than a 3 dollar bill, you still enjoyed the film and had an alright night. You just thought to yourself that you’ll probably have an opportunity to see the beetles later when you’re middle aged, and half the members are dead. Oh well that’s life I guess… It goes on.
