A woman was once describing to me what must have been her million-dollar mansion that sat right on the edge of the Canadian Pacific. After listening to her lenghty description I mentioned that the sunsets must be fabulous . She looked at me quizically and said, 'Oh, I've never noticed'. How very sad. Lord help me if I ever miss the chance just to stop a moment and soak in the splendor of another vanishing day. Original 4 x 4 gallery-wrapped mini painting in the private collection of L. Perini.
