Designs - Looking beyond pain

Its unthinkable how one can make a design or pattern seen while in pain or in a state of falling almost unconscious. The painful spasms caused the black outs and I noticed that I could still see something against the lights at night and while looking out of the window during the day. I tried to recreate both the visuals and I have combined them into one while painting. Many of us suffer pain in some form or the other and find ways to combat it and always hope for the best!

The height of distress
A glimpse of light within
Then darkness
A silence and a din...

Oh! cannot see, no I cannot see
Not a thing
Why is this happening to me
That I cannot move a limb

My eyes closed, breathing or not
There I see something in the slight
A design or pattern of sort
Beautiful! I thought, as I open to light!

A mesmerizing uplifting art composition. I feel for you, but I am glad that you find creating fantastic artworks as a positive remedy of dealing with discomforts. I have osteoarthritis, but creating artworks helps me to cope, and keeps my mind occcupied in a non-stressful way. Take Care. :)
