Where's the Perogi ? Stuffed Cabbage ? Looks like a lot of Polish dishes.....Sweet & Sour Cabbage, etc. Yummmmmmmmm........LOOKIN' GOOD.......Wish I were there ! ! ! Bon Appetit !

Artist Reply: Hello Thomi.. the gefilte fish it definitely Polish, but not sweet as some polish do it.. At my parents the food is very mixed from many cultures.. It was much more Lybian, when i was kid, since my mother loved that... as the years go by, she learned so many things to cook. She has many cooking books and doing a lot from her books as well... A lot of creativity in my mother kitchen. Once the meal was mixed Libyan- Polish.. Nowadays it is a mixture of cultures.. ANYWAY... It's tasty, whatever they are doing.. Be'teavon to you.. I already ate, and feeling tired... They change the clock here so, , i was getting very early the last 2 days.. I'll say enjoy the day, Thomi.. Me off the PC.. Good night!! ;-)
