Artist Reply: Yes he does Karen, but thats not MY kitty.. It's the cat that hangs around the Post Office in Luckenbach Texas. Luchenbach has a population of 3. It's very small and was made famous by Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings when they made a song about it.
