Krapogies - Crab's Eyes

These tiny plants are commonly known as Crab's eyes (Krapogies in Afrikaans) and each plant is about 5 mm in diameter! If you look back on the previous photo of the Knersvalkte you can get an idea of how many of them are seen in that photo to make the hillside appear pink with their tiny blooms!
