spring time ,,I am a hobby artist only.As a self-taught like to work with and why? – I love landscapes and seascapes, the bush country with trees and rocks and lakes and the sea. I find that if I am trying to paint places here in Australia in the bush, I feel a lot better doing that. I am not good at copying other work so I just let my work lead me. I do not really have plans about what I will paint and many of my painting have been done over a few times until I get it where it looks and feels right to me. My goal is to capture feelings, of being near the water or the feeling of being near a tall tree, or looking out in the distance.
