Your LOVE with your wife can be seen at each of your photos, it's such a wonderful gift.. I'm going to ask her friendship in FB, I heard she's doing wonderful textiles. Merry Christmas to you and yours.. Love, Nira.
Very beautiful and delicate music box Nira, reminds me of when I was a small boy, I used to listen to my Aunts music box;-)
Artist Reply: Peter, Thanks for sharing me with your aunts music-box.. We used to have a most wonderful wooden musical box.. with magnificent painting, or something. It was for cigarettes, my father brought it in the 70's from Europe. The box is with my brother, noways but it's not working. I had few myself... I have only 2 small ones. This one and another very simple. Well.. sweet dreams, once more... thanks for the feedback, Merry Christmas to you and yours... Nira.
Nira, what a fantastic music box!! I love it!! I'm very fond of music boxes.:)
Artist Reply: Me too.. though I think i have only 2 that still work.. I had few during the years. Thanks for visiting, Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Wonderful photos, Nira. Love the sound of music box. Have you seen my new site? Adam.
Artist Reply: I just LOVE your old site ( you know it, surely, by now ) ... and I haven't visited for a while.. perhaps IT'S TIME... Haven't seen your new one, just yet. Strange but really not, yesterday my eYeS fall on a book of your creations. Have you seen my latest portfolio?... Thanks for visiting. Have a splendid evening!
Hi, Nira, I celebrate EVERY Holiday and wish we had a heck of a lot more of them, any excuse to put the guns down, stop the arguements and dance and sing a little. A lot more would be nice!
Artist Reply: Hello Jerry.. some enjoy celebration of holidays, not all.. Glad to know you celebrate every holiday. I'm Jewish.. so, I celebrate traditionally Jewish holidays. Thanks so much, Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Hannuka is over and I know you don't celebrate Xmas, or do you? We burnt the last Hannukah candles on the Menorah with my daughter and Jewish fiance in NY, while my daughter recited: "Borukh Ato Adoynoy Eloyheynu Melekh Ho-oylom Asher Kiddeshonu Be-mitsvoysov Ve-tsivonu Lehadlik Neyr Shel khanuko."
Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us by His commandments, and has commanded us to kindle the lights of Hanukkah. --Love and Light, Moi
Artist Reply: Hello there, Olga.. NO, I don't celebrate Christmas indeed you already know me ( not all know, and there are those who does not remember this fact) . In my area, usually people don't celebrate it.. but I respect those who celebrate. I have many friends from the wide world who celebrate it of course. Usually, men here say the blessings for Hanukkah.. but, If I was alone at home, I also would say it... :-) I see you "controlling the material".. "Baruch atta adonay, elohenu melech haolam, asher kidshanu bemitsvatav, vetsivanu, lehadlik ner shel Hannukah... Aamen!!..." Thanks for sharing, love to hear that you celebrate it with your daughter & her fiance. Aahava & shalom.
Beautiful Music Box....so delicate & dainty.....and speaking of dainty.....What a "BEAUTIFUL" doilie.....Did you knit it ?
Hope your had a Wonderful & Happy Hannukah !
Artist Reply: Dear Tomas hello.. I learned few words here today (2) actually. I think what yo call doilie, We call "kroshe".. I did not find the word doilie, in my babylon. Love the way, you play with words sounds, my dear friend. Hannukah was wonderful.. yesterday was last day. Thanks so much, Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Artist Reply: Forgot to say, I made VERY VERY FEW kroshe works, during my military service, it was fashionable then.. But, I truly DON'T... I haven't "GOT IT" with knits.
Artist Reply: Dear Lore.. Thanks so much, Merry Christmas to you and yours.
