Interesting pooch: black head and white body. Was he a combination of a couple of breeds? Love his brown eyes. You can scratch behind his ears every day with this lovely portrait by your side. A very nice farewell.

Artist Reply: Thanks Mike. Actually he was black and white all over. A real Cyprus Poodle. These dogs can only be found in Cyprus. Unless you bring them with you from Cyprus to Holland, as I did. We met during a short holiday I had on the island, he ran towards me and jumped straight into my arms on my first day there. About 6 months old at the time. When he past away in my arms, he was almost 11 years old.

AWWWW NINA, I AM SO VERY SORRY. HE WAS BEAUTIFUL. I LOST MY QTIP IN 2000 AND STILL MISS HIM. THE PAIN DOES LESSEN IN TIME, BUT THEY ALWAYS STAY IN YOUR HEART.
