Artist Reply: Hey, Martha. I don't know this guy personally but he does look a little cranky. Maybe he knew I was going to stretch his face in this painting. HA! I really blew up his nose, his most distinguishable feature next to the puckered cheek.
Artist Reply: Thanks, Sten. I had fun painting this guy. His features were very interesting. I expanded his nose quite a bit and played up some of his other features to caricaturize him a little.
