This image was created for a CD cover of lullabies that would be handed out to new mothers of a national hospital network. I hand drew the figures and colored them in Adobe Illustrator 9.0 and then using a photo with an artisitic filter applies to in in Adobe Photoshop 6.0 I added the background and drop shadow.
