After 29 straight days of no rain (spring record), then we got 3 days of thunderstorms. Yesterday was the first sunny day since, and now we are back to clouds. We picked the right day to be here. With the snow melt and recent heavy rains, the Greenwater River and Lakes are full to the brim with water. (The trail was very muddy, too.) Much of this area will be thick grass in the summer months as the water level drops. I love the deep green color of the water.... :-) Thanks for visiting!!!
