Couger From Eureka Springs

This is a photo that I took while visiting the Cat refuge in Eureka Springs Arkansas. I think it turned out like cat being photographed in the wild in the winter. But really he is in a cage in Arkansas. One of my favorites.

Wonderful portrait!

Artist Reply: Thank you for the comments. This photo looks to me like he is in the winter in the woods instead of a cage in Arkansas.

hope he has a nice big cage, lovely capture and beautiful animal.

Artist Reply: Unfortunately the cages are not the biggest but they are working on getting them all room to roam. The have over 130 or so big cats and they have gotten o big donations so they really are making progress on the bigger cages. They are so beautiful you can get about 3 feet from them its wonderful!
