STAGE FRIGHT (NFS)

small oil on primed board with a 2 inch boxed frame. Edges are red with cobalt blue distressed. Poly in gloss.. This little painting is only approx. 6" x 13 " wired, and ready to hang, no frame is necessary due to the boxed out sides. I called it stage fright.. it reminds me of the stance of small children in a ballet recital.. frozen in the spotlight, unable to remember their lines,, ... Gifted to the IHOP mgmt. team upon their Grand opening

I love tjhe painting anmd the story is so cute - your stories are wonderful - I remember seeing my little brotjher (who is not so little now) when he did ballet - only, he was a lobster and he forgot his lines. OMG - he was a lobster what a memory your story brought xx
