This is a pastel portrait of my youngest daughter who had taken off into a field of dandelions with the bag of sour cream and onion chips. She was quite proud of herself!

Delightful pastel work... and what a marvelous capture of her expression! I think you must have photographed this with glass on it, as reflections are evident which are a little disconcerting...

Artist Reply: lol! BUSTED! I dindt' feel like taking it apart and thought it wasn't too bad..but I noticed the other day as I was showing to a coworker that hmmm...the reflections really do interfere...lol...I will get to that yet...but thank you for your positive comments on all my pieces..I truly appreciate the feedback.. :)

Such a gorgeous, soft and delicate, inspiring work of art!

Artist Reply: thank you ! My mother LOVED this painting of her little Emi. She cried when we presented it to her for Christmas a few year back. :)
