I PAINTED THE SEAHORSE USING ACRYLIC,WATERCOLORS AND PAINT-PENCILS ON TEXTURED PAPER,CAME OUT A LITTLE TOO DARK BUT MY SCOOP WAS TO GET THE "MOONLIGHT" EFFECT UNDER THE WATER..
