I've just been looking at some of your work Joan. This one stood out for me, not even sure why maybe it's the composition or a feeling of being 'complete' but whatever it is I am enjoying this work particularly.
|Artist Reply: Thank you very much for your kind words. Doing this painting was a lot of fun, and I learned I could focus on my work in even with a lot of commotion around me. And when I go to my daughters, there is that painting. It still brings back nice memories.|

My favorite. I think the way the foreground emerges from the clouds in the background is most effective. Also your use of stands of evergreens guides the eye and creates the illusion of depth perfectly.
