(c)2008 Airports are getting more and more crowded,...not just inside but outside too. Space is at a premium in many places in the world,...infringing upon the airspace around the airports. To the point where it requires an expert pilot to take-off and to land there. "Gimme some space!" the planes would say if they could talk. Otherwise, smaller planes in many small airports really is the long term answer. :O)
