again, a bit of a departure from my usual works of feathers and fur. i'm trying to push myself in different directions(very difficult 'cause i tend to grind my heels in pretty hard and resist change). this is a re-edited view of a previous image.thanks to my father i now have a scanner so this is a greatly improved image. there's probably about 10% loss of detail which i can live with at this point cause it was round 40-50% loss before the scanner. this is about 9"x12". it took about 6-7 hours to do.
